GOMBBS , Greens, Onions, Mushrooms, Beans, Berries, Seeds (and nuts) are the healthiest foods that are foundational to a nutritarian eating style.  It's easy to incorporate these foods into everyday life. I find that if I just have this mantra..Greens, onions, mushrooms, beans, berries, seeds in my head as I cook, then my soups and healthy sautes and salads all have some or all of the GOMBBS as the core ingredients in nearly every dish.
I'm happy to announce that I am now a Certified NET!  NET stands for Nutritional Education Trainer.  This morning I received the email I was waiting for telling me I passed the third and final part of the certification test. This has been a long time goal of mine and a dream come true. Now on to organizing my new adventure to make what I know available to folks who really are interested in what constitutes an optimal life and diet style for the prevention of all the age related degenerative health problems that are running rampant in our society.  Heart Disease, Cancer, Stroke, Auto-immune, Diabetes, Obesity , High Blood Pressure to list just a few are increasing  rapidly and are impacting not only our health and quality of life, but our collective pocketbook too.  I now can contribute to turning this miserable  situation around helping others one by one learn what the science now says is Nutritional Excellence.
