Oil-free Tali Sauce

1/2 raw sunflower seeds
2 cups water
1 can drained chickpeas
6 cloves garlic
3/4 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes (Nooch)
1 tsp dry mustard powder
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp curry powder
1 TB Apple Cider Vinegar (or any kind)
Tich Cayenne
1 teas salt

Blend and put on EVERYTHING!

I have condiment bottles I bought from Amazon.  I snipped the top to make it a bit bigger and this recipe fills up the larger one.

Got nose problems?  Stop all dairy, switch to plant sources...your nose will no longer be plugged up.  Especially if you leave off with inflammatory foods and opt for foods that ease systemic inflammation.  Dairy is the big one however...if you can only one thing....

The Time has come.....

I believe the time has come to realize that the science is speaking louder than ever!  See the changes at the grocery store?  Organic produce, lots more vegan choices.  I feel that perhaps, just perhaps folks are waking up to the truth of what constitutes good nutrition.  Greens, Beans, Onions, Mushrooms, Berries and Seeds.  That's your grocery list.  Add a few intact whole grains and what else do you need?  Spices!  Spice up your food.  To truly be nourished is an art in mindfulness and good decisions.  It's a thinking, conscious way of living.  To live with a clear mind, calm nerves, strength and to truly live in a body that is functioning properly is the best life. We have the power
to reach for those foods and activities that bless and nourish.  We must make those informed decisions for a better tomorrow.
