More Valuable Guidance from Dr. Joel Fuhrman!
Getting the nutrients we need is not hard when you have such guidance from Dr. Joel Fuhrman. The more greens in your diet, the more satiety, weight loss and well being. I know this from my own personal experience! I've been making more salads with G-Bombs in mind and let me tell ya..it's my favorite part of the meal!
